Carquinez Middle School’s garden is a vibrant outdoor learning space where students connect with nature, explore science in real time, and help care for a thriving mix of native and edible plants.
Built through a community effort, the garden gives students a place to dig in, observe local ecosystems, and experience the joy of growing something themselves. It’s become a welcoming hub for hands‑on learning, creativity, and environmental stewardship—right in the heart of Crockett.
